User Preferences
Personalise your Klearcut experience
Set your personal preferences. These apply to your account only, not your whole team.
Profile
Go to Settings → Profile:
- Name — Your display name
- Email — Your login email
- Phone — Your contact number
- Avatar — Profile picture
Notifications
Control what notifications you receive:
Email Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications → Email:
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| Quote accepted | Customer accepts a quote |
| Quote declined | Customer declines a quote |
| Payment received | Invoice is paid |
| Invoice overdue | Invoice passes due date |
| Job assigned | A job is assigned to you |
Turn each on or off.
In-App Notifications
The bell icon shows notifications when you're logged in. Configure which appear:
- Quote activity
- Job updates
- Team mentions
- System alerts
Mobile Push
If using the mobile app:
- Open the app
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Allow push notifications
- Choose which to receive
Display Settings
Customise the interface:
- Theme — Light or dark mode
- Date format — DD/MM/YYYY or other
- Currency display — Symbol position, decimals
- Default view — What you see when you log in

Speed up common actions:
