Business Settings
Configure your company details, logo, and branding
Set up how your business appears on quotes, invoices, and emails.
Company Details
Go to Settings → Business:
| Field | Description |

| Business name | Appears on all documents |
| ABN | Your Australian Business Number |
| Address | Business address for documents |
| Phone | Contact number |
| Reply-to for customer emails | |
| Website | Shown on documents (optional) |
Logo
Your logo appears on:
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Customer portal
- Email headers
Uploading Your Logo
- Go to Settings → Business → Logo
- Click Upload Logo
- Select an image file (PNG or JPG)
- Crop if needed
- Click Save
Recommended: At least 400x400px, square or horizontal format.
Document Branding
Customise your quote and invoice templates:
Quote Template
Go to Settings → Quotes:
- Header text — Tagline or business description
- Footer text — Terms and conditions
- Payment terms — Default due date wording
- Numbering — Quote number format (e.g., Q-0001)
Invoice Template
Go to Settings → Invoices:
- Bank details — For bank transfer payments
- Footer text — Payment instructions
- Numbering — Invoice number format
Email Branding
Customise emails sent to customers:
- Go to Settings → Emails
- Edit templates for:
- Quote sent
- Invoice sent
- Payment reminder
- Use placeholders like
{{customer_name}},{{amount_due}}
