Billing
Manage your subscription and payment details
Manage your Klearcut subscription, payment method, and invoices.
Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Monthly cost
- Renewal date
- Features included
Changing Plans
Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Downgrading may disable features you're currently using. Check what's included before confirming.
Payment Method
Update Card
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Click Update
- Enter new card details
- Click Save
Payment History
View all past payments in Settings → Billing → Invoices:
- Invoice date
- Amount
- Status
- Download PDF
Cancelling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Tell us why (optional)
- Confirm
Your account remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, you can still log in but can't create new quotes, jobs, or invoices.
Reactivating
If you cancelled and want to come back:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Reactivate
- Select a plan
- Enter payment details
