Converting Quotes to Jobs

When a customer accepts your quote, it's time to turn it into a job.

Step 1: Find the Accepted Quote

Go to Pipeline and find the quote. Accepted quotes show a green status.

Step 2: Convert to Job

Click the quote to open it, then click Convert to Job.

What Happens Next

The quote becomes a job with:

• All line items carried over
• Customer details linked
• A new job number assigned
• Status set to your first workflow stage

Managing Your Job

From here you can:

• Update the status — Move it through your workflow stages
• Add notes — Keep a record of conversations and decisions
• Attach photos — Document the work
• Create an invoice — When the job is complete
