Creating Your First Quote

This is what Klearcut is all about — getting professional quotes out the door fast.

Step 1: Go to Pipeline

Click Pipeline in the main navigation.

Step 2: Click New Quote

Click the New Quote button.

Step 3: Select Customer

Start typing your customer's name and select them from the list.

Step 4: Add Line Items

Click Add Item and enter:

• Description — What you're quoting for
• Quantity — How many
• Price — Unit price (GST is calculated automatically)

Add as many items as you need.

Step 5: Review the Total

Check the subtotal, GST, and total at the bottom.

Step 6: Send the Quote

Click Send Quote. Choose to:

• Email — Sends directly to the customer
• Download PDF — Save or print it yourself

Done!

You've just sent your first professional quote. When the customer accepts, you'll convert it to a job.
